Cody went in his 2nd parade for Labor Day and enjoyed it again. My daughter asked if she could take him (5 yrs old, green) instead of her paint (8 yrs old and well trained) because her horse freaks out while Cody is a steady guy. They got paired next to mini in their Pony Club unit and it was so cute and they got lots of comments on the parade route. Cody didn't flick an ear at anything unusual

Thanks! He'll be promoting PMU's again on Oct. 3rd at the annual Horse n' Around Expo in the next city. This'll be the first year I ride him there. He's always been turned loose in the arena to show off and work at liberty up until now. Hope he behaves!!

Could someone puhleasee fill me in on all the challenges, joys of adopting/rescuing PMU open and in foal mares and foals. I've been around horses since I was 6 which is a really long time but I want to get as much info as possible before I adopt.
