We are putting together transportation from New Mexico to North Daota to pick up adoptive foals and adults horse for transport to the east and west coasts. We have been finding adoptive homes for these horses for 3 years now, and are very experienced with transporting the. We are a non profit 501 c 3 and the transport fees are well below those of the commercial haulers.
We have about 150 horses listed on the
www.pmurescue.org website. Most of the horses that are listed as "Y" in the number idenification box are at highest risk at this time. With the draught this summer, hay production is down 75% and the rancher does not want to feed these yearlings and up this winter.
