Hi, I'm new to this site and I've been doing a lot of researching on PMU horses. When the time comes for me to get my own horse, I've decided to adopt (hopefully a PMU!). I live in Texas and so the Hope for Horses rescue center is the one near me. I was just wondering if any of you guys have adopted from this rescue center and how your experience was?

Were you able to go out and see the horses for adoption? About how long did the entire process take?

You could contact the Hope for Horses ranch and ask for contact information or references from previous adopters. Then contact them and ask a few questions about their adoption experience with that ranch.
