I'm a girl scout, doing my gold award (similar to the Eagle Scout Award for boyscouts.) For this award I wanted to get a group of my equestrian support community together, travel to Canada and rescue PMU foals from auctions. Bringing them back here, socialize them, and sell them to good homes. Does anyone have any good contacts or ideas?

I would suggest talking to some of the the people in charge of the various PMU rescue organizations. Anastasia, with Hope For Horses, is in Texas. The more people you talk to, the better you will understand what is involved and how things work. You will have your work cut out for you, but it will be rewarding. Best wishes.
