I am ordering the phamplets, they are great! For years I have made up cards (the size of business cards) to slide under the windshield wipers saying "Please it is too hot to leave your dog in the car, even for a minute" and carried them in my purse for when ever I saw a dog in the car on a warm day. If the animal is panting, or looking in distress, I call Animal Control and stay with the car until they arrive or the owner.
